Through our partnership with Together Academy, we’ve built Ireland’s first fully inclusive café, where young adults with Down syndrome work alongside our team in meaningful, paid employment. Together, we’re proving that inclusion isn’t just good for society—it’s good for business, creating a workplace that values ability, builds confidence, and enriches the experience for our staff, customers, and community.
